Create a new case.

When creating a case, you can use one of our 140 different case types including checklists, case-flows and forms.

To create a new case in PrimaFacie you have a few options.

  1. You can import an existing case from Clio.  This is done when importing a contact, or
  2. You can Click the button on the main page to create a new case.  You will have to select an existing contact to do so, or
  3. You can also navigate to the left-hand menu in PrimaFacie and select “Cases” –> “New”, or
  4. You can first create a contact and then from inside that contact page you can select the tab “Cases” and then click “New”
